Serving the Community

So, the Cleveland Browns may not be winners on the field this season, but they are winners in their community. During the first week of December many of the Browns players will be donating their time to help children in need.

On December 5th, Linebacker Willie McGinest will be joined by teammates as he hosts his annual “Shop with a Jock” event. This event gives abused, neglected and homeless children a better Christmas as each child will receive a $100 gift card to Wal-Mart. McGinest and his teammates will help the children shop for items throughout the store.

Also on December 5th, the Cleveland Browns will “Deck the House” with Providence House to benefit and make a difference in the lives of the infants and toddlers residing at the home.

Prior to the December 3rd home game vs. Kansas City, the Cleveland Browns will again partner with the United States Marine Corps to collect toys for the annual Toys for Tots Toy Drive.

These guys really have the Holiday Spirit.
